PARTNER PROGRAM / FOR AGENCIES, WORDPRESS SHOPS & FREELANCERS

Add a service your clients want, without more staffing overhead.

Your clients need to show up in AI search. Most of them will never do the work themselves. AnswerPress gives you the delivery infrastructure to sell content visibility as a recurring service across your whole portfolio, under your own brand.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Sell the service. We deliver it.

You are not being asked to buy software and hope to recover the cost. Package AnswerPress into a care plan, an SEO retainer or a standalone AI visibility service. Sell it first, then use the platform to deliver it.

DO-IT-FOR-THEM

The work they avoid

Most small businesses know they should publish. Almost none sustain it. That gap is the service, and it renews every single month.

PORTFOLIO SCALE

One system, every brand

A separate brand profile per client, each with its own voice, categories and images. The eleventh client costs setup time, not a hire.

YOUR BRAND

The client stays yours

Clients approve through a white-labeled login of their own. The relationship, the invoice and the credit all stay with you.

HOW THE ECONOMICS WORK

You buy capacity. You set the price.

Partners buy campaign capacity at wholesale rates that improve with volume, then package it however their market allows. We do not set your retail pricing and we never contact your clients.

What the market already pays for one article

Your clients are not comparing you to free. They are comparing you to what writing costs, and those rates are well documented. Freelance content writing averages $0.42 per word across the market. Hire an experienced freelancer for a 1,500-word SEO post and you are looking at $300 to $800, before anyone optimizes, illustrates, publishes or promotes it.

SOURCES

  1. Per-word averages: Content Writing Rates Statistics 2026, survey of 500 writers (January 2026). The per-post range reflects direct expert freelancers at $250 to $800 per post, and the experienced and specialist writer tiers at $250 to $500 and $500 to $1,500 for a 1,500-word post, in the same body of research. Ranges describe commercial blog content in the United States and exclude original research, thought leadership and regulated-industry premiums. Rates move; figures were current as published on the dates cited.
  2. Full-campaign freelance benchmark of approximately $1,150, modeled by combining observed hourly and per-word rates across the stages of a complete campaign: research, brief, 1,500-word draft, editing, schema and optimization, imagery, WordPress publishing, three social adaptations and a promotional email. This is a modeled estimate built on observed rates, not a single quoted price.

THE BRAND PROFILE

Every client communicates in their own brand voice.

The reason portfolio delivery usually fails is voice. Ten clients handled by one system start sounding like one client. The brand profile is what prevents that.

AnswerPress reads the client’s existing site and fills the profile in as a starting point: voice, positioning, the specifics that make that business what it is. You edit rather than face a blank page. It then proposes the content categories that client should be known for.

Set it up once per client. Refine it over time. Every campaign after that inherits it.

WHAT EACH PROFILE HOLDS

  • Brand voice and positioning
  • Content categories they should own
  • A library of the client’s real photos, used as visual ground truth instead of generic stock-style images
  • Their WordPress, social and analytics connections
  • Separate permissions, separate approvals

APPROVALS & WHITE LABEL

Nothing publishes without sign-off.

This is the part that makes AI content sellable to a cautious client. Flag any brand profile as requiring approval and the work stops until a human says yes.

01

Their own login

Each client gets white-labeled access with their own credentials. They see their brand, not ours.

02

A link, not a lesson

When something needs approval, they are notified with a link. They click, read, approve. No training, no new habit to build.

03

You choose the level

Some clients review every draft. Some approve in batches. Some hand you the keys entirely. Set it per profile.

You can put clients inside the product without giving up control of what publishes under your name.

WHAT YOU DELIVER

A campaign, not a draft.

What lands on the client’s site is finished work: a researched, optimized, illustrated article, published to WordPress, with social posts and a promotional email built from it. That is what makes it a service rather than a writing tool.

Strategy first

Category and topic selection driven by live trend and search data, checked against what that client has already published.

Built to be cited

Structured for both search engines and answer engines. Schema, metadata, internal links, external citations, FAQ blocks.

Promoted, not just posted

Channel-specific social posts and a promotional email, scheduled behind the article so the campaign lands together.

QUALITY & VISIBILITY

Good enough to put your name on.

Bulk AI content is a liability. Google’s scaled content abuse policy targets high-volume pages published without review or original value, and the research on generative engines is blunt about it: padding earns nothing, keyword stuffing and promotional language actively reduce citation rates. AnswerPress is built the other way around.

WRITING QUALITY

Written to be read

Research runs before the draft, so articles carry real facts rather than restated prompts. No word-count padding, no keyword stuffing, no promotional filler. You edit anything in place before it goes live.

SEO QUALITY

Built on the fundamentals

Keyword and headline research, clean heading structure, descriptive internal links, external citations, metadata and JSON-LD schema. Most of AI visibility still rests on SEO fundamentals, and they ship with every campaign.

AI VISIBILITY

Structured to get cited

Answer engines reward what they can extract: cited sources, concrete statistics, clear question-and-answer structure. Every campaign is built in those semantic blocks, so a client’s pages are shaped to be quoted, not just ranked.

ADVANCED FEATURES

Built for people running real volume.

Two capabilities matter more the bigger your portfolio gets: the system improves itself while you use it, and you can drive the whole thing from outside the app.

Quality that improves on its own

Most content services are no better in year three than they were on day one. This one is designed to get better while you use it, and to prove it before any change reaches your clients.

Measured, not guessed

Research, headlines, writing, images and promotion each carry their own goal and their own measured outcomes. A learning loop proposes a specific change, runs it as a controlled experiment across a set number of campaigns, then keeps improvements and reverts regressions automatically.

One function at a time

Functions are switched on one at a time, and each earns autonomy only after it has measurable goals and a proven safeguard behind it. Circuit breakers halt and revert anything that regresses, and a global kill switch returns every function to human control.

For a partner, the practical effect is that the work you resell should be better a year from now than it is today, without you renegotiating anything or retraining a team.

Run it from the AI desktop you already use

AnswerPress ships a native MCP server, so a desktop AI environment such as Claude or Codex can connect directly to your account and drive campaigns for you.

Where the time goes at volume

Ten client profiles at one campaign a week comes to roughly forty runs a month. Each one is straightforward on its own, but stepping through forty of them in the dashboard is real operator hours. Connected to your desktop environment, those runs can be directed in a handful of prompts instead.

You decide what it may do

The server exposes the workflow; what your orchestrator is allowed to do with it is yours to configure, not ours. Client approvals still gate publishing exactly as they do inside the app. Nothing reaches a live site without the sign-off you set up.

Connecting is a one-time setup in your desktop environment. Nothing about the in-app workflow changes if you would rather not use it.

PARTNER SUPPORT

You get a person, not a help desk.

Every partner is assigned a dedicated partner manager on day one, and a partner team that stays with you after launch. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. People who know your portfolio and pick up when you call.

GETTING STARTED

A dedicated partner manager

Your partner manager runs onboarding and gets you fully set up in the system, so you are working rather than reading documentation. They stay your first call once you are live.

READY TO SELL

White-label materials, built for you

Onboarding includes your white-label assets: a presentation deck, a landing page and the supporting marketing materials, all carrying your brand. You leave setup with something to sell, not just an account.

AFTER LAUNCH

A team that stays with you

Support does not stop once you are set up. You keep a dedicated partner team you can call, email or text, whose job is to help you get things done and grow your portfolio. When a client question comes in that you have not hit before, you have someone to ask who already knows your account.

PARTNER FAQ

The questions you’re actually asking.

Will my clients know it’s AnswerPress?

Not unless you tell them. Clients work inside a white-labeled login that carries your brand, not ours, and we never contact your clients directly. The relationship, the invoice and the credit stay with you.

What do I actually pay?

Partners buy campaign capacity at wholesale rates that improve as monthly volume increases. The rate depends on the tier you commit to, so we walk through the numbers on a call rather than publishing a table that may not fit your portfolio.

Do I have to resell it, or can I use it for my own agency?

Both, and most partners do both. Your own site is usually the first profile you build, which gives you working proof to show clients before you sell it to them.

How much time does each client take per month?

After the profile is set up, your involvement is direction and approval rather than production. You are choosing topics and reviewing finished work, not writing, sourcing images or formatting posts. Budget minutes per campaign rather than hours, and note that at ten or more clients the review time itself starts to add up, which is what the MCP connection is for.

What if a client’s content needs to be genuinely expert?

The brand profile carries their positioning and expertise, and campaigns can be built from material the client already owns, such as a webinar, a video transcript or a past talk. You are also free to edit anything in place before it publishes.

Does this work on sites I don’t host?

Yes. AnswerPress connects to virtually any WordPress installation through the REST API, self-hosted or managed, as long as REST access is enabled. Setup is a few minutes per site.

Is there an affiliate option instead?

Yes. If you would rather refer business than deliver it, the affiliate program pays recurring commission without any delivery workload. Some partners do both: reselling for clients they manage, referring for the ones they don’t.

What support do I actually get?

A named partner manager from day one, who runs onboarding, gets you set up in the system and produces your white-label deck, landing page and marketing materials. After launch you keep a dedicated partner team reachable by phone, email or text. You are not filing tickets into a queue.

Let’s see if your portfolio fits.

A short call. We look at how many clients you manage, what you could package, and what the wholesale rate would be for that volume. If it isn’t a fit, we will say so.
